
Our Drop Ship Policy
● Back orders:
It’s is your decision how to handle out-of-stock items and if you wish to take Back Orders (recommended). We usually
restock items once a month but it’s not in our control as to what items will be available and when.
● Pricing:
- Prices are subject to changes and we update our Price List in our FTP site and notify you by email.
- All Drop-Ship customers must comply with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) listed in our price list. If we receive
repetitive complains that you are underselling our items we will close your account.
Exception: MAP does not apply to items purchased as bulk order and shipped out from your facility.
(Minimum bulk order is 5 bedding sets)
● Payment:
- All orders must be paid prior to shipping.
- We accept all major credit cards and we require a credit card on file for your future orders.
- We also accept payments through PayPal send to info@2decorate.com for an additional 3% surcharge.
● Shipping:
- We charge $15.00 flat fee for shipping and handling to all destinations in continental USA.
- (Recommended option): $3.00 extra (per shipment) for requesting signature for proof of delivery.
- We use UPS Ground unless you request another shipping method at the actual cost.
- For shipments to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska we charge $ 45.00 for the first item and $10.00 for each additional for
up to 4 bedding sets per carton.
Example:
1 Set $45.00
4 Sets $75.00 (45 + 10 + 10 + 10)
5 Sets $120.00 (45 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 45)
8 Sets for $150.00 (2 cartons @ $75 each)
● International Shipments: We ship WORLD-WIDE.
- For international orders we charge the actual UPS shipping cost - to ship our sets in their original packaging.
- Please use the online UPS shipping calculator to estimate such costs, prior to accepting international orders.
- The bedding sets are between 6-9 Lb. Each (see price list).
However: USPS Priority service is a cost effective method of shipping to any country.

NOTE: We have to repackage the items to fit them in the USPS Priority boxes.
*** For international shipments we have to post our address in the ship-from address so we can process the shipping
labels and your customer’s telephone number is required.
Our Return Policy:
- We offer one time item exchange with no extra charges other than the shipping costs, unless it is a result of our
error.
- We accept returns with NO RESTOCKING FEE within 3 days of delivery. You must contact us by phone or email
within 3 business days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization number (RA) in order for us to accept the
return.
- Beyond the 3 day “NO RESTOCKING FEE” window, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date for
a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must be in the manufacturer’s original box, in unused condition and must have an RA number marked on
the return package, before we can accept them.
- All returns, order cancellations and refusals of delivery are subject to the actual shipping costs of the return.
- Once we receive the return we will credit your account within 7 business days.
